We are a student accommodation based in Protea North Soweto. We offer services such as electricity, water, trash and others. Parking is provided and there is a caretaker on the premises. We keep the premises and any common areas clean and fit for human habilitation and comply with all state and local laws regarding repairs and maintenance of the premises. No pets allowed. Tenants shall be entitled to store items of personal property on the premises during the term of the rental agreement.
